Given the characteristics of Malaysia's tropical rainforest climate—specifically its year-round high temperatures and heavy rainfall—our team has equipped this villa project with a window and door system featuring exceptional waterproofing and sealing capabilities, superior wind-load resistance, and effective sun-shading properties.

Specifically, we have utilized thermally broken aluminum alloy windows paired with Low-E insulated glass. Boasting an extremely low U-value, this system effectively blocks harmful UV radiation while simultaneously optimizing natural lighting and thermal insulation to provide expansive scenic views, thereby curating a truly luxurious living experience.

For the sliding doors, we have employed thermally broken aluminum—featuring robust 2.0mm thick profiles—combined with ultra-narrow frames and large-format panoramic glass. This design floods the interiors with natural light and seamlessly integrates the living spaces with the surrounding garden and pool landscapes, achieving a boundless connection between the indoors and the outdoors.
